3.1 The App provides payment & loyalty and associated services.

3.2 ZiyoPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.

6.1 All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ZiyoKart and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any part of the App without the prior written consent of ZiyoKart.

7.1 ZiyoKart is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

9.1 ZiyoRewards reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
